This episode is a special one, as I am joined by Justine Nunn, the wife of the late Alex Flynn who was a previous guest featured on episode 18 of this podcast.
Alex was an extraordinary man, who I had the pleasure of interviewing in lockdown, when he wasn't travelling the world doing his extreme jaw dropping adventures. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at the age of 36 years old.
This episode is dedicated to his memory, in remembrance of his relentless strength, energy, and determination to achieve whatever he set his mind to, irrespective of his diagnosis.
Justine describes what it was like being married to Alex and seeing him overcome his struggles with Parkinson's disease which has now inspired Justine to help families around the world by raising awareness and funds to help families living with Parkinson's Disease.

In today's episode Alice is joined by renowned Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist Psycho-Sexologist, Author & Podcast Host Kate Moyle.
Kate specialises in helping people having difficulties in their sex life or sexuality. Coming from a home where sex was an open conversation topic, she observed a change in people's behaviour whenever the topic of sex came up and the challenge this posed to addressing sexual problems. Her aim is to get people to a place of sexual health, happiness, and well-being.

In today's episode, I have one of my dearest friends Rosie Fortescue on the podcast.
Rosie is the creative director and CEO of her eponymous, ultra creative jewellery line, Rosie Fortescue Jewellery. She is also a social media influencer, sharing her colourful life and incredible daily fashions on instagram. She is a recent Goldman Sachs #10KSBUK alumni and most importantly, in knowing her personally, she is hilarious, generous, considerate, loyal and thoughtful.
Rosie started her business out of a love of jewellery although before this, she was on the reality TV show, Made in Chelsea which created the funds she used in launching her business. Eventually, she left reality TV as she wanted to focus on her business, and Rosie Fortescue was born.

In today's episode I am joined by the Pilates Queen, Bryony Deery.
Bryony is the founder of Pilates By Bryony the Pilates and Wellness App. She discovered Pilates as a form of rehabilitation after a serious road accident at the age of 17 which left her with chronic pain and arthritis. After 10 years of self-practice which left her pain and arthritis free, she embarked on a teaching journey of her own.
I am a personally a huge fan of the Pilates By Bryony app and use it at home every week, as many times as I can, whilst also being a huge advocate for pilates as an amazing means of movement to tackle stress and build strength.
